Please note all prices include bed linen, one set of towels, cost for utilities (electicity, water, gas), free WiFi and local tourist tax. The rates for our house for up to 7 people:

Peak season: £1050/week 1350euro/week

Mid Season: £600/week - 780euro/week

Low season: £450/week - 590euro/week

Peak Season weeks are all weeks during UK/European summer school holiday periods July/August, Christmas & New Year. Basically all weeks where demand levels allows us to charge the full price for the value of the accommodation we offer. Ideally we would like to charge these prices all season, but during other periods supply outstrips demand so we can't and have to discount like everybody else.

Mid Season weeks are all other UK/European school holiday periods, May, June & September, October, ideal for groups with flexibility on booking dates.

Low season are all other weeks. Lake Annecy is a four season destination and great to visit any time of the year including autumn and winter The price we ask for our holiday home during these weeks offer great value.
